1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for return.
2. Conditions for Return Eligibility
To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
- All accessories, hardware, manuals, and components must be included.
- The item must be in resaleable condition.
Returns failing to meet these conditions may incur restocking fees or denial.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Products marked "Final Sale"
- Assembled, installed, or used items
- Custom or special-order items
- Mattresses or bedding after opening
- Damage caused by misuse or improper assembly
4. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your furniture arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete:
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt
- Provide photos of:
- The damaged area
- Outer box & packaging
- Shipping label
We will arrange:
- Replacement parts
- A full replacement
- Or a refund, depending on the situation
We assume full responsibility for shipping damage not caused by the customer.
5. Return Process

- Await authorization and return instructions
- Ship the product using the label provided (when applicable)
- Once inspected at our warehouse, refund processing begins
6. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Standard processing time: 2 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
